We ask for a card to hold your spot, but you are not charged today. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your appointment. A $20 fee only applies to no-shows or late cancellations — so the time stays reserved just for you.

Life happens, and we understand. Give us that much notice and there is no charge at all. To change or cancel, just call or text us — we will take care of it.
